Context

Bolão do Benja is a sports prediction platform launched with broadcaster Benjamin Back. The team needed a fast, fun QUIZ experience with smooth onboarding, SMS auth, integrated payment gateway and real-time ranking.

My role

Front-end design and development, from the initial design system to payment flows. Integration with SMS auth and payment APIs.

Results

• +35% user engagement after the interactive QUIZ went live.
• -20% onboarding drop-off rate.
• -30% platform response time after bundle and rendering optimization.
